We’ve lived in the Canary Islands for 15 years and spent the last 10 helping people get more from Tenerife. Along the way, we’ve got to know the trips, the people behind them and the experiences we’d happily book for our own family.

The Mel behind Mel’s Excursions. Mel helps visitors find the experiences worth their holiday time, with plenty of local knowledge and a personal recommendation when you need one.
Mel’s husband, co-founder and usually the first to volunteer when a buggy, boat or new experience needs testing. Tough job, apparently.
Far too young to work here, but that hasn’t stopped Damian landing an important role. He joins Mum and Dad on excursions and provides very honest feedback on what gets the family seal of approval.
